Orders

• Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
• Orders may be cancelled due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
• You will be notified via WhatsApp or email if your order is cancelled, and a full refund will be issued if payment was already made.

Payment

• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), JazzCash, and Easypaisa.
• For COD orders, full payment is due at the time of delivery.
• We do not store your payment card or account details on our servers.

Delivery

We aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes mentioned in our Shipping Policy. However, delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather, and public holidays.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in that policy.
